How It Works
Drop Off Your Vehicle
Bring your car to our Saint-Laurent shop. Provide your insurance information and let us know you need a rental — we take it from there.
We Contact Your Insurer
We call your insurance company to verify your rental coverage, activate the rental billing, and confirm the daily rate and duration allowed under your policy.
Rental Is Arranged
We coordinate with a local rental agency to have a vehicle available for you — either at our location or at a nearby rental office within easy reach.
You Drive Away
You pick up the rental and go about your life. We'll keep you updated on repair progress and contact you when your vehicle is ready.
Repairs Completed
When your vehicle is ready, you return the rental and pick up your car. The rental cost is billed directly to your insurer — you don't pay anything out of pocket (beyond your deductible, if applicable).
No Surprises
If repairs run longer than expected, we'll contact your insurer to extend the rental before it expires. You'll always know where things stand.
